Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Most orders arrive within approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Some Tile & Tassel styles are fulfilled through our trusted international fulfillment partners. Because of this, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as it becomes available. Please note that tracking may take several days to begin showing movement while your package is in transit between fulfillment facilities.

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier or customs delays.
